In this tour, we will visit Kathmandu valley and drive to Biratnagar & drive to Bardia National park via Koshi Tappu & Chitwan National Park. During the drive from Biratnagar to Bardia National Park, one can see many birds specially Vultures in Dang and in Nawalparasi area and during the drive from Chitwan to Koshi, one can see may beautiful birds by the bank of Rapti River. Meet and greet upon arrival at the International airport and transfer to hotel. Traditional Tika ceremony upon arrival, check into the hotel, tour briefing followed by a welcome drink. Late
evening enjoy dinner in Nepalese restaurant with local dance, overnight stay at Hotel in
Kathmandu.

After breakfast leave for full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley covering Kathmandu Durbar square which is also known as Hanuman Dhoka or Kumari temple (temple of the living
goddess). In this area you will visit Kumari temple- the temple of the living goddess, Kasthmandap-the wooden temple built by a single tree, palaces, forts, temples & many more historical sites; Swayambhunath Stupa-almost 2000 years old Stupa situated on a hillock offers a breathtaking view of whole Kathmandu valley with eastern Himalayan ranges. Lunch will be organized any specialty restaurant as per the interest of clients. After lunch, proceed for
Patan Durbar Square- the city of art and architecture where you can see Durbar square, stone temple, Buddhist monasteries etc. Return to hotel, get refreshed and proceed for dinner at a
specialty restaurant. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast leave for UNESCO world Heritage sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath temple- the oldest and most sacred Hindu temple of the world situated on the bank of Holy Bagmati River where all the dead bodies of the valley is cremated. In this area you will see a dead body being cremated, old temples, many Hindu priests etc. We further proceed to Bouddhanath Stupa-one of the biggest stupa of the world, the surrounding area is also known as little Tibet
because this area is covered by Tibetan refugees and is one of the biggest Tibetan refugee camps of the valley. Lunch will be served any specialty restaurant near Bouddhanath area.
Rest of the day is free to explore Thamel- tourist hub. Late evening, dinner will be arranged at the specialty restaurant in Thamel area. Return to hotel and overnight.

After breakfast proceed to Phulchowki which is situated about 20 km Southeast of Kathmandu, this mountain is situated at an altitude of 2759 m. is also considered one of the best point for hiking through Rhododendron forest with different varieties of flowers white to dark red. This is also the most popular bird watching spot in the valley. 265 species of birds are recorded here till date. The birds seen here include flycatchers, yuhinas, sunbirds, flowerpeckers,
rosefinches, babblers, warblers, tits, thrushes, minivets, woodpeckers, eagles and many migrant birds. Godavari, at the foot of Phulchowki hill where Royal Botanical Garden is
situated, records over 100 species of birds including lesser Racket tailed drongo, Tibetan siskin and the spotted forktail. Return to Kathmandu & overnight.

After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Biratnagar Approx (10 /11 Hrs) (Optional by flight) - Koshi Tappu is easily accessible from Biratnagar after half and an hour drive. Arrive Koshi Tappu and overnight at Jungle Resort/ lodge. About Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve: Which lies on the floodplains of the Sapta Koshi in Saptari and Sunsari districts of Eastern Nepal? The Reserve covers 175sq.km and established in 1976. The vegetation is mainly tall Khar-pater
grassland with a few patches of Khairsissoo, scrub forest and deciduous mixed reverie forest.
The Reserve offers important habitat for a variety of wildlife. The last surviving population (about 100 individuals) of Wild Buffalo is found here. Other mammals occurring here are hog deer, wild boar, spotted deer and blue bull. A total of 423 species of birds are recorded here, including 20 of ducks, two of ibises, many storks, egrets, herons and the endangered swamp partridges and Bengal Floricans. 183 species of different birds are recorded a day here.
Visitors can see the minimum of 100 species of birds in a day.

Almost all of Nepal’s long list of wildfowl, waders, storks, ibises, herons, egrets, terms and gulls occur here plus a great variety of land-birds that include such specialties as Swamp Francolin, Red-necked Falcon and Striated Marsh Wabler. Return to lodge/ resort and overnight.

Drive to Chitwan for 9-10 hrs through the beautiful landscapes. There are ample chances to see White-rumped need tail Swifts and Ibis bills en-route. Upon arrival in Jungle Lodge, welcome and get information from the naturalist. Chitwan National Park is the most famous national park in Nepal. Which offers 450 species of birds including four species of deer, leopard, sloth bear, wild boar and other many wildlife. This park is well known for one-horned
Rhinoceros and it is a shelter for few Royal Bengal Tigers. Besides this Chitwan also supports a great variety of flora and fauna.

Whole day Jungle activities including Jungle walk, elephant ride, canoe ride, village visit and explore the jungle on foot and jeeps for birds viewing. In the evening enjoy a cultural dance performed by local villagers. Return to lodge/ resort and overnight.

Drive to the Bardia National Park. Bardia National Park is the largest lowland sanctuary and most undisturbed wilderness area in Terai. Thickly covered with the trees and carpeted with grass and savannah, the park has the second largest tiger population after Chitwan National Park. Other wild animal roams here are the one-horned rhino, wild elephant, swamp deer, black buck antelope, crocodile and Gangetic Dolphin etc. Endangered birds include the Bengal florican, lesser florican, Silver-eared mesia and Sarus Crane. Finally, arrive Bardia National park and overnight at lodge/ Resort.
